Yvette Biggs, MBA has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Yvette currently holds the role of Vice President of Marketing and Communications at United Way of Calgary and Area. Prior to this, they were the Director of Marketing and Communications at the same organization.
Before joining United Way, Yvette worked for Alberta Health Services as a Provincial Innovation Lead. In this position, they were responsible for developing strategies to promote health and prevent diseases among the population. Yvette led awareness campaigns and engagement solutions to support the behavioral health of over 4 million Albertans.
Yvette also has experience as a Principal/Owner at Focus Consulting, where they provided consulting services. Yvette worked as a Project Consultant at the University of Calgary and served as the Community Development Coordinator at Calgary Fetal Alcohol Network.
Throughout their career, Yvette has demonstrated their expertise in marketing, communications, and community development. Yvette'sleadership and innovative approaches have contributed to the success of various organizations and initiatives.
Yvette Biggs, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from New Mexico State University. Yvette also earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the same institution, one in Organizational Psychology and the other in Business/Managerial Economics.
