Gloria Doescher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community service and leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member for Hip Hop & Hope and Legacy Children’s Foundation, Gloria Doescher also contributes as a Community Impact Committee Member with the United Way of Cass-Clay. Prior to these roles, Gloria Doescher held a significant position as a POS Leader at Scheels for over three decades, from July 1989 to July 2020.

United Way of Cass-Clay connects people to people, needs to resources, and experts to advocates to improve lives and advance the common good throughout Cass and Clay counties. OUR VISION is to inspire community-wide collaboration by providing the greatest return on investment in addressing the needs in our community. We serve local individuals who need support in creating better opportunities for themselves and their families. We empower those who make a commitment to LIVE UNITED by inviting them to give, advocate and volunteer for their community. Helping people is at the center of all we do. United Way’s work goes well beyond our historical role of funding strong non-profit partners. Today we are leveraging our investments, resources, volunteers, and corporate partnerships to deliver transformative, measurable results. United Way has undergone a dramatic shift in how we work to address needs in our community. From a historic community chest with a broad charitable mission, we have evolved into a critical community convener that mobilizes our partners, including businesses, community leaders, public officials, residents, and non-profit organizations.
