Judy Allen

Judy Allen is an experienced Tax Assistance Coordinator at United Way of Central Alabama, where since April 2005, Judy has managed a program providing free tax assistance to individuals with income up to $60,000, successfully assisting 3,400 individuals this year through the recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers. Additionally, Judy served as Community Initiatives Coordinator, focusing on developing a state-wide coalition for promoting financial stability and engaging in grant writing and reporting. Prior to this role, Judy worked as a Senior Project Manager at SouthTrust Bank from 1994 to 2005, overseeing a portfolio of projects and supervising project managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Judy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Samford University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Birmingham-Southern College.
