Allyson McGinty

Allyson McGinty has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut since March 2023. In this position, they manage state and federal grant funding for COVID vaccine education and outreach in underserved communities. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager, Health Initiatives at the same organization from November 2020 to March 2023, where they focused on creating culturally relevant health equity campaigns.
