Isaac Mervis

Isaac Mervis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Director at United Way of Central Indiana since July 2023, Isaac previously held significant roles including Teen Board Director for The Caroline Symmes Cancer Endowment, where fundraising efforts increased from approximately $7,000 in 2021 to over $90,000 in 2023. Isaac's tenure at Strada Education Foundation encompassed various positions, highlighting successes in grants management and collaboration on equity-centered initiatives. Isaac also co-directed programs during an internship at Summerbridge Hong Kong, demonstrating leadership and project management skills. Isaac holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Studies and Music from Davidson College and is pursuing a Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management at Indiana University Bloomington.
