Mirna Rivera has over a decade of experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as the Imaging Data Entry Lead for Care 4 Kids at United Way of Connecticut, Inc. since November 2012, where responsibilities include assigning daily tasks and supervising staff in the absence of the supervisor. Previous roles include processing invoices for daycare providers and managing patient records at Connecticut Surgery Center, as well as customer service positions at BLC Consulting Service and Premier Portraits. Mirna's earlier experience at Northeast Utilities encompassed various credit and collections roles, where notable skills in training and assisting coworkers were developed.
