Aaron Grych has substantial experience in nonprofit management and fundraising, currently serving as the 211 ConnectRx Program Manager at United Way of Dane County since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing a $700,000 Major Gifts donor portfolio and creating advanced CRM tracking systems for an $18 million Centennial Campaign. Previously, Aaron held the role of Communications and Outreach Coordinator at Working Capital for Community Needs, overseeing communications for a $12 million microfinance fund, and served as Executive Director at Wisconsin Microfinance, developing program expansion and strategic planning. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, Geography, and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
