Molly VanDerWielen currently serves as the Director of Development at United Way of Dane County since September 2024, after a lengthy tenure at UW Credit Union from October 2007 to September 2024, where roles included Specialized Consumer Lender II and Senior Financial Specialist/Certified Financial Educator. In these positions, Molly utilized innovative approaches to enhance member financial services and deepened relationships through education and networking. Additional experience includes serving as a Campaign Loan Executive for the 2023 United Way Dane County Giving Campaign and operating SCA Investments, focusing on commercial properties. Molly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edgewood College and has prior experience as a Personal Banking Officer at Summit Credit Union.
