Gary Henderson

Gary Henderson is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in nonprofit organizations and a strong background in business management. Currently serving as President & CEO of the United Way of Denton County since June 2011, Gary also holds board member roles with United Ways of Texas Inc and Workforce Solutions for North Central Texas. Previously, Gary was the Chief Executive Officer at Communities In Schools of North Texas, overseeing a pivotal dropout prevention program. Additional experience includes a senior leadership role at Bank of America, and a decade at Price Waterhouse. Gary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Computer Methods from California State University-Long Beach.
