Clint Hill has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Clint started their career at Furman University in 2003, holding various roles such as Assistant Director of Athletic Marketing & Game Day Operations, Associate Director of Annual Giving, and Part-Time Member of the Radio Broadcast Team. From 2006 to 2014, they served as Senior Development Officer & Project Manager and later as Director of Athletics Development, where they managed athletic fundraising efforts and drove financial support for Furman Athletics. Clint Hill then joined the United Way of Greater Charlotte in 2018 as the Chief Development Officer, working closely with the Board of Directors and CEO to set strategies and build relationships in the community to address economic mobility challenges. In this role, they lead a team focused on achieving aggressive fundraising and revenue targets, with a two-generation approach that supports the needs of both parents and children in the community.

Clint Hill obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Furman University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
