Gena Regan

Gena Regan is currently a First Grade Teacher at Merton Community School District, where responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to develop and plan lessons, differentiating instruction for diverse learners, and maintaining effective communication with parents and students. Previously, Gena held the position of Loaned Executive at United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and taught Applied Technology and Engineering courses at Elmbrook Schools, specializing in Automation and Robotics and Design and Modeling. Gena also served as a Substitute Teacher for Teachers On Call, providing educational support across multiple school districts. Gena holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
