Kathy Payne

Kathy Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and community support. Currently serving as a Homeowner Services Support Specialist at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville since January 2019, Kathy has also been a Financial Counseling Specialist with United Way of Metropolitan Nashville since February 2013, providing valuable one-on-one financial counseling to Davidson County residents with a focus on credit building, debt reduction, budgeting, and banking. Prior roles include Financial Service Representative at First Tennessee Bank, Business Banking Officer at U.S. Bank, and Branch Manager positions at both SunTrust Bank and Comerica Bank, where Kathy managed teams and developed client relationships. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Business/Managerial Economics from Marygrove College, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
