Gloria Brown

Gloria Brown is a seasoned community activist with a focus on revitalizing Petersburg through schools and economic development since July 2004. With extensive experience as a speaker and real estate investor at Alexis Carrington Enterprises, Gloria shares valuable insights on real estate acquisition and negotiation. As an event planner and manager at Brown Girl Events, Gloria oversees diverse events of various scales. Previously, Gloria served as President of Landmark Resource Center, advocating for the historic community's revitalization by connecting buyers, sellers, and renovators of historic properties. Gloria has contributed to the Phoenix Project's Executive Board as an advisory board member and owned Carrington's Closet, an upscale children's consignment boutique. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Buying from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
