Cristina Torrence serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the United Way of Greater Stark County, managing all financial systems, fiscal records, budget preparations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. With extensive experience as a small business owner at Butterfly Consulting Solutions, LLC, and as the CFO for the Akron Area YMCA, Cristina has demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, process improvement, and strategic support to leadership. Earlier roles include positions at Pease & Associates, CPA's, CBIZ MHM, LLC, SS&G, Bober Markey Fedorovich, and Summa Western Reserve Hospital, where Cristina honed skills in auditing and accounting.
