Cynthia M. Zimmerman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event coordination, music performance, and administrative support. As the Special Events and Marketing Administrator at United Way of Lake County since March 2011, Cynthia has successfully managed logistics for educational and fundraising events. Concurrently, Cynthia serves as a Soprano Soloist and section leader at Christ Church Episcopal, contributing to a choir of over 80 members. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant of Development at the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Church Secretary at Trinity United Methodist Church, and Foundation Leadership Development Coordinator at The Rotary Foundation. Educated in Music with a focus on Voice Performance at Northwestern University and American University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology from Baldwin Wallace University, Cynthia's diverse background blends artistic talent with organizational expertise.
