Carol G. Houwaart - Diez

Carol Houwaart-Diez has an extensive background in leadership roles within various United Way organizations. Carol began their career in 1987 as a Business Manager and worked their way up to President & CEO positions. Carol also has experience serving on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Buffalo State University and has completed leadership programs such as Leadership Martin County and Leadership Niagara.
