Jeff Bray

Jeff’s path to Invicti has spanned more than 25 years, during which he managed high-growth software companies through post-IPO into maturity. With a track record of guiding organizations to predictable financial results through data-driven decisions, Jeff knows what it takes to bring businesses to their full potential. Prior to joining Invicti as Chief Financial Officer, Jeff held critical roles at Rapid7 and Imprivata where he helped build successful teams to improve financial planning, investor relations, and business intelligence. When he isn’t focused on delivering results that help companies flourish, Jeff spends his spare time on the ice playing hockey, enjoying standup paddleboarding, and participating as a member of the board of directors of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay, with a focus on their STEM education initiatives.
