Sherrie Holder-Watts

Sherrie Holder-Watts is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions, such as benefits and payroll. Previously, Sherrie held the position of Head of Human Resources at Putnam Investments from October 2000 to January 2019, managing HR teams for various divisions. Sherrie's extensive background also includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments and holding several HR positions at Putnam Investments from 1986 to 1994. Sherrie Holder-Watts earned a Bachelor of Science in Personnel and Industrial Relations from Northeastern University.
