Jennifer Rusynyk started their career as a Company Manager at Scrap Performance Group in 2009. In 2010, they became a Patron Services Representative at Kimmel Center, Inc. The following year, Jennifer worked as a Business Operations Coordinator at Ticket Philadelphia, Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Donor Records Coordinator and later Donor Records and Database Manager at CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts. In 2013, Jennifer joined United Way of Metro Chicago as a Project Manager for Major Gifts and Individual Giving. Jennifer then progressed to the role of Senior Manager for Resource Development Operations before becoming the Director for Resource Development Operations. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Senior Director for Revenue Analysis and Data Analytics at United Way of Metro Chicago, a role they started in March 2020.
Jennifer Rusynyk earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Ohio University between 2002 and 2006. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Science degree in Arts Administration from Drexel University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their college education, Jennifer attended Ashland High School from 1998 to 2002, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study during that time.
