Jasmine Hillman is a skilled professional with extensive experience in social innovation, community engagement, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Social Innovation at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Jasmine leads the Innovation Incubator, empowering diverse entrepreneurs, especially underrepresented founders. Previously, as the Program and Outreach Manager at The DEC Network, Jasmine enhanced organizational visibility and community engagement. Jasmine also guided students as a Lead Career Coach at Generation USA and provided vital support as a Victim Advocate Specialist at The Family Place. Jasmine began their career as a Quality Advisor at Dallas Afterschool and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Texas State University.
