Monica Leslie

Monica Leslie has over a decade of experience in public health and safety standards at NSF, where roles have included Senior Manager of Innovation Operations, Operations Manager for Standards, and Standards Development Liaison since February 2011. Responsibilities involve coordinating the development of national public health standards, facilitating task group activities, writing and editing standards, planning stakeholder meetings, training staff, and liaising with labs and regulatory agencies to resolve technical disputes. Prior experience includes work with the Ohio Department of Health and an internship with the Mayor's Commission on Minority Health. Monica possesses a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from the Northwestern Ohio Consortium for Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Bellarmine University.
