Mona E.

Mona E. is the CEO and Founder of CURLē, a tech-enabled cosmetics start-up utilizing patent-pending AI technology to enhance natural hair care experiences. Under Mona's leadership since February 2019, CURLē has grown from a $10,000 investment to a six-figure business, developing a SAAS platform for metaverse native digital storefronts and achieving consistent monthly sales growth of over 15%. In addition, Mona has served as a Business Mentor for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, guiding early-stage founders toward profitability in sectors affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and held the position of Director of Strategy & Revenue Growth at HEXA GTM, focusing on revenue enhancement and investment opportunities. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Black Scarab Agency, driving personalized growth strategies, and mentoring refugees as a McGuire Fellow with the International Rescue Committee. Mona E. holds multiple degrees from Southern Methodist University, including a Bachelor's in Biology and a Bachelor's in Human Rights, as well as credentials from the SMU Cox School of Business and Cornell University.
