Leah Proctor

Leah Proctor is currently the Director of Programs at United Way of North Carolina. Prior to their current role, Leah held various positions at organizations such as Orange County Department of Social Services and ABCCM. Leah graduated from University of North Carolina Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
