Hannah Hackworth, LCSW, MBA, is a seasoned mental health and social work professional with extensive leadership experience in various roles. Currently serving as Director of Crisis & 988 at United Way of Northeast Florida, Hannah is responsible for overseeing the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline across nine counties and leading the Northeast Florida 988 Task Force. Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer at Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare, where innovative initiatives for behavioral health equity were driven, and Founding Executive Director of Here Tomorrow, a nonprofit focused on mental healthcare accessibility. Hannah's background includes a Clinical Social Worker position at both ChenMed and HCA Florida Memorial Hospital, among others, alongside academic contributions as an adjunct professor. With degrees in Social Work and an MBA, Hannah Hackworth has made significant impacts in mental health services and community support throughout a diverse career.
