Fran Wise started their work experience in 1991 as a Grant Writer at The Salvation Army. In 1995, they moved on to become the Director of Community Investment & Partnerships at the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
Fran Wise attended Skidmore College from 1977 to 1979, where they studied Theatre. Afterwards, they went on to Rowan University from 1978 to 1981 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication.
