Marilyn Gennett

Marilyn Gennett is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and consulting across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia Education Fund, Marilyn has a history of providing HR expertise to non-profit entities through previous roles at eXude, Inc. and as Vice President of Human Resources at Lyons Insurance Agency, Inc. Additionally, Marilyn contributed to academic settings as a facilitator and adjunct faculty member at Holy Family University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Upper Iowa University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University.
