The Managing Directors at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey are responsible for strategic oversight and leadership within their respective focus areas including Early Learning & Education, Career Pathways, Leadership Equity, and others. They develop and implement initiatives that align with the organization's mission to end poverty and expand opportunities, ensure effective collaboration with funded nonprofits, and drive impactful programs that support the holistic development and resilience of the community.
