Michael Banks

Michael Banks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael is currently the Executive Director at The Promise PHL, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Managing Director at United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, starting in May 2019. From December 2015 to May 2019, they served as the President & CEO of the African-American Chamber of Commerce. Michael has also worked as a Director at Concordis Advisors from July 2015 to December 2018. In their earlier career, they held roles such as Controller at Wash Cycle Laundry, Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, and Inside Sales Trader at Greentree Brokerage Services. Michael also gained significant experience at Citibank, where they held various positions including Vice President/Stock Option Specialist and Assistant Vice President/Stock Option Specialist. In addition to their degrees, Michael has obtained certifications such as the Series 63 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in October 2012 and the Series 7 from the same institution in September 2012.
