Candy Petticord has extensive experience in support and administrative roles, primarily focused on database management and community services. As Support Specialist and Homeless Management Information System/Food Pantry Database Coordinator at United Way of Summit & Medina since January 1999, Candy oversees the cleanup and maintenance of the Summit County Food Pantry Clearinghouse Database and trains staff on its use. Previously, Candy served as Trustee Treasurer/Secretary and Church Administrator at Middlebury Chapel, managing budgets, financial reports, and administrative functions. Additionally, Candy was the Executive Director of the Middlebury Chapel Open Hand Food Pantry and Clothing Room, fostering relationships with donors and volunteers. Candy also worked as a Trainer and IT Consultant at Jacq Connect, instructing on various Microsoft Office applications. Candy holds a degree from Kent State University.
