Karl Grabenstetter

Karl Grabenstetter serves as the Vice President of Sales at Power Grid Components, Inc. since January 2025, where responsibilities include driving regional sales performance and leading the sales team to meet revenue goals. As the Owner of All Steel Roofing USA since March 2009, Karl launched an innovative, maintenance-free all steel roofing system. Additionally, since January 2009, Karl has contributed as a Finance Committee Member for the United Way of Summit County, overseeing financial pledges and statements. Karl has owned KDG Industries since April 2003, managing Tier 2 suppliers in the automotive industry and handling program management involving design, development, and production. Previous experience includes roles as a Regional Sales Manager at TE Connectivity and Product Manager at Hubbell Inc., with an early career as a Product Design Engineer at Erico Inc. Karl holds an MBA in E-Commerce from CSU - James Nance School of Business and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Fenn College of Engineering.
