Carmen Bell

Carmen Bell is an experienced professional in the fields of community outreach and mental health services. Currently serving as the Director of Healthy Aging at the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley since December 2017, Carmen has a robust background that includes roles such as a Mental Health Technician II at KidsPeace and a Customer Relations Specialist for the Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority. Prior experiences also include positions as a Field Organizer for Planned Parenthood Federation of America and a Database Selection Analyst at Rodale Inc. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the City University of New York-CCNY.
