Henry Rubin is a professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Henry currently works as a Development Associate at United Way of the National Capital Area since September 2014. Prior to this, Henry served as an Associate Director at Global Impact from August 2007 to March 2014. With a background in Human Resources, Henry was a Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for over three decades. Henry obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland in 1974, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution in 1973.
