Laura Matlashewski

Laura Matlashewski is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership and human resources.Currently serving as the Founder of Emerald Ten, Trainer/Facilitator at ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership, and Instructor at The University of Winnipeg, Laura Matlashewski also holds significant positions such as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Human Resources Committee at the Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba, and Cabinet member for Community Leaders at United Way Winnipeg. Laura Matlashewski has extensive advisory experience, including roles with the Province of Manitoba Minister of Families and the Child Care Qualifications and Training Committee. Previously, Laura Matlashewski managed Total Rewards at Manitoba Public Insurance and served on various boards and committees within the education and healthcare sectors. Laura Matlashewski received a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources.
