Leslie Bais

Leslie Bais, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2022, Leslie joined United Way Winnipeg as the Director of Philanthropic Strategy and Innovation, and later transitioned to the role of Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy in 2023. Prior to that, Leslie worked at Forbo Flooring Systems as a Technical Sales Executive from 2018 to 2022. From 2016 to 2018, Leslie served as a Business Development Manager at Kraus Flooring, one of the largest carpet and flooring manufacturers in North America. Before that, Leslie worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Hettich Canada LP from 2012 to 2016 and as a Sales Manager at FloForm in 2011. Leslie started their career as a Lead Sales Representative at Craft Line and held the position for seven years, from 2004 to 2011.

Leslie Bais, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (HONS) degree in Business Administration from The University of Winnipeg in 2004. Afterwards, Leslie pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manitoba - Asper School of Business, between 2007 and 2014.
