Marianne K. has extensive experience in program management and evaluation, currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Family Resource Centre Initiative at the United Way of Winnipeg since August 2008. In this role, Marianne collaborates with the Family Resource Centre Network to implement a learning agenda focused on common outcomes and shared measurement. Previously, Marianne held the position of Evaluation & Outcome Measurement Manager, where the emphasis was on developing sustained outcomes evaluation capacity with Agency Partners. Prior to joining United Way, Marianne worked as the Accounts Payable Manager at Kern-Hill Furniture and as a Competitive Gymnastics Coach at Keystone Kips Gymnastics. Marianne holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Justice, and Law from the University of Winnipeg.
