Dominique (Niki) De Jesus currently serves as the Director of Individual Philanthropy at United Way Suncoast, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Donor Development Manager at March of Dimes from December 2021 to September 2023, and Campaign Manager for Students of the Year at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Suncoast Chapter from August 2018 to November 2021. Niki's earlier career includes positions such as Marketing Communications Specialist with Fort Myers Miracle Baseball, Social Media Intern at The Fort Myers Miracle, Floor Leader at The Buckle, Inc., and Community Relations Intern at Tampa Yankees. Niki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, and Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University.

United Way Suncoast serves DeSoto, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas and Sarasota counties. For more than 80 years, United Way Suncoast has helped millions of deserving people and has been the charitable partner for hundreds of area agencies, businesses and civic organizations. During nearly nine decades of service, United Way has invested millions of dollars that directly and indirectly touch nearly every Suncoast man, woman and child. United Way Suncoast focuses its leadership and resources on three Impact Agenda priorities: Early Literacy (0-12) Ensure that children are surpassing key school readiness and early grade reading benchmarks. Youth Success (13-18) Ensure that children are graduating form high school with the skills necessary to pursue post-secondary education or vocational training. Financial Stability (18+) Ensure adults achieve long-term financial stability by developing the skills and opportunities to obtain family sustaining employment.
