Christy Uffelman

Christy Uffelman, BCC, MHCS, is the Founder and CEO of EDGE Leadership Solutions, established in February 2013, focusing on innovation to enhance talent mobility, retention, and engagement within organizations. Uffelman serves as a Board Member for Eat'n Park Hospitality Group and the NACD Three Rivers Chapter, and is an Executive Committee Member of the Women's Leadership Council at United Way Worldwide, alongside being a Founding Board Member of the Millennial Steering Committee. Additional contributions include participation as an ATHENA Committee Member with the Pittsburgh Technology Council and previous Chair of the Board for 2020 Women on Boards, dedicated to increasing female representation in for-profit boardrooms. Uffelman has also engaged with Harvard Medical School as a keynote speaker and has held board roles at organizations such as Strong Women, Strong Girls and JA Worldwide. Uffelman’s educational background includes various degrees and certifications from notable institutions, including a BA in Corporate Communication and Psychology from Duquesne University and ontological coaching certification from Newfield Network.
