Jan He

Jan Jan serves as the Senior Director of Information Technology Infrastructure at United Way since December 2024, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic IT infrastructure initiatives, managing cloud services, network operations, and ensuring system performance and security. Prior to this role, Jan dedicated over 20 years to Capital Caring Health, progressing through various positions including Technical Systems Engineer, Technical Director of IT, Network Manager, and Network Engineer, with extensive experience in IT governance, infrastructure management, and technical support. Jan also has an academic background in Information Technology with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College.
