Karisa Smith

Karisa Smith has over a decade of experience in operations, communications, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Network Advancement Operations at United Way since June 2015, Karisa has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Manager and Manager positions focused on network engagement and performance improvement. Prior experience includes a role as Administrative Coordinator at the National Alliance of Forest Owners, where responsibilities included coordinating CEO-level meetings and managing financial tasks. Karisa's background also features internships in communications and public relations, including work with Mission Hospital and TRUE Africa. Educational qualifications were obtained from Brigham Young University from 2009 to 2013.
