Michael Metcalfe has extensive experience in housing management, currently serving as a Neighbourhood Officer at United Welsh since May 2019, where a secondment as Team Leader involved managing a team of seven Neighbourhood Officers. Prior roles include Neighbourhood Team Leader and Neighbourhood Officer at United Welsh Housing Association, Housing Officer at Cadwyn Housing Association, and Community Housing Officer at Bron Afon Community Housing. Michael's career also includes engagement and teaching roles, data management in Australia, and experience in law enforcement as a Police Officer. Michael holds multiple degrees from the University of Wales Newport, including an MA in Business and Enterprise Development and a PGCE in Teacher Training.
