Michelle Collins has over two decades of experience in customer service and management roles within the housing sector. Currently serving as a Specialist Team Manager at United Welsh since May 2016, Michelle has previously held various positions at the same organization, including Leasehold Manager, Neighbourhood Officer, New Lease Lettings Housing Officer, and Customer Service. Prior to joining United Welsh, Michelle worked as a Senior Customer Service Advisor at energywatch from April 2000 to September 2008.
