Anita Degrouchy

Anita DeGrouchy, MPA has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Anita is currently working as an Application Development Team Lead at United Wholesale Mortgage since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst II at the same company from June 2020 to July 2021. From 2016 to 2020, Anita worked as a Business Analyst at Meridian. Anita also gained experience as a Clinical Operations Analyst at MeridianRx from 2015 to 2016. In 2014, they served as a Domestic Relations Specialist at Wayne County Michigan, where they investigated domestic relations cases and made recommendations to the Court. Anita also has experience as an Employment Mentor and Residential Treatment Specialist at Lawrence Hall Youth Services, as well as a Transcriptionist at Michigan State University. Anita interned as a Juvenile Court Officer at Ingham County and worked as an Intern at Haven House and a Programs Services Assistant at the Michigan Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. Anita has a background in volunteering as well, having served as a Volunteer at Cooke School of Northville.

Anita DeGrouchy, MPA has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Wayne State University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Michigan State University from 2009 to 2012. Anita obtained their High School Diploma from Northville High School in 2005. Additionally, Anita holds certifications including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) from Scrum Alliance, both obtained in June 2022, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com in 2015.
