Tim Devaney

Tim Devaney is an accomplished yacht and real estate broker with extensive experience in sales and business development. Currently serving as a Yacht Broker at United Yacht Sales since January 2015, Tim achieved top rankings in commissions and sales during 2018 and 2019. As the Broker/Principal of Devaney Real Estate Group LLC since its establishment in 2017, Tim transitioned from a prior role at Platinum Properties Real Estate, where service was provided from 2009 to 2016. Tim's earlier career includes serving as an Account Director at Hanna & Associates, successfully managing advertising for the Blue Horizon Casino, and holding the position of Sales Manager at WFLX FOX 29, where national and local sales teams were effectively led. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from UCLA.
