Quynh-Chi Luong

Quynh-Chi Luong is a Human Resources Officer at United since June 2023, responsible for HR policies, employee onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, and maintaining HR processes. Prior experience includes serving as a People Operations Specialist at Techleapnl and an Intern in HR & Operations at Aidence, where Quynh-Chi improved onboarding processes and assisted in establishing a progression framework. Quynh-Chi's background also includes managing recruitment cycles at Adecco and providing support in various HR and operational functions at StudySEA and Headhunt Vietnam. Quynh-Chi holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Hoa Sen University.
