Aaron Cisney

Aaron “A.J.” Cisney is General Manager for Rancho Guadalupe, LLC and a managing partner of Blair Crop Services, both located in Santa Maria, Calif. Rancho Guadalupe is a vegetable growing company currently producing broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, celery, strawberries and raspberries on approximately 6,000 crop acres. Blair Crop Services is a custom crop protection company that serves the Central Coast from Lompoc to Los Osos.

At Rancho Guadalupe, A.J.’s responsibilities include financial analysis, regulatory compliance, risk management and pest management. He joined Rancho Guadalupe in 2000 as the safety officer. In his 13 years with the company he has been involved in all facets of the operation, becoming General Manager in fall 2007.

A.J. has served several industry organizations at the Board level. He is a past Chair of the AgSafe Board of Directors and remains dedicated to the organization’s success as Chair Emeritus. A.J is currently Chairman of the Board of the Grower-Shipper Association of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties. His numerous other board committee and other commitments keep him busy on and off the ranch.

A.J. joined the UnitedAg Board of Directors in 2013.
