Craig Waite

Craig Waite is President and Founder of Salinas, Calif.-based Growers Container Co., which, since 1990, has provided and distributed packaging to the produce industry. A 30-year veteran in the packaging field, Craig’s expertise in marketing management, operational efficiencies and forming strategic partnerships has helped establish Growers Container as a leader in packaging solutions on the West Coast.

Prior to founding Growers Container in 1990, Craig served in senior sales and operations positions with Cypress Packaging and Supply Corp. He also served with distinction in the U.S. Navy and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Southern California.

In 2006 Craig was Chairman of UnitedAg, leading the organization in addressing issues affecting the agricultural community at the state and national levels. A past Chairman of the UnitedAg Board of Directors, Craig joined the organization’s Board of Trustees in 2013.
