Dorte Egebæk

Dorte Egebæk has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dorte started their career as a Planner at Diesel Nordic in 2007. After that, they worked as a Communications Officer at HovedHuset - Hjerneskadeforeningen, where they focused on assisting individuals with acquired brain injuries in returning to the workforce. At IC Companys, they worked as a Personal Assistant and was responsible for internal communication and project coordination. As a Communications Advisor at Grønbech, they provided strategic communication guidance. Dorte then joined FEC as an Executive Assistant, providing support to directors in terms of communication and process optimization. At CrossFit Copenhagen, Dorte held multiple roles, including Instructor, Box Manager, and Team Leader, where they managed the daily operations, member communication, and internal information flow. Dorte also worked at Copenhagen Music Aps as a Communication and Coordination Officer, promoting concerts and tours through press releases and managing logistics. Before their current role as Head of HR at United Fintech, Dorte worked as an Executive PA at CFH Group A/S, assisting the CEO and management with projects, administrative tasks, and ensuring a well-functioning workplace.

Dorte Egebæk has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2003, they studied at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a BA in Business Communication and English. Dorte then pursued their Master's degree at Aalborg University from 2003 to 2006, specializing in Cand.mag.comm. In 2002, they spent a term on exchange at Regent's University London, focusing on English language and society, as well as HR. Dorte also completed courses in Erhvervsøkonomi at CBS from 2012 to 2013. Dorte further expanded their knowledge in Projektledelse through a program at Bigum & Co in 2013. In 2017, they took a course at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi to learn about Personalejura. Dorte is currently pursuing additional studies in HRM at Copenhagen Business Academy, with an expected completion in 2033.
