Antonio Toft, MBA, has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership, currently serving as Vice President of DEI, People, Culture, and Experience at UnitedHealth Group. Prior roles include Chief of Staff for Talent and Global DEI and Senior Director of Talent and DEI at the same organization. Antonio's background also features a role as Senior Manager of Member Service & Digital Services at TruStone Financial Credit Union, as well as Senior Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at TCF Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metro State University.
