Vickye Ford, PhD, MA, APR, currently serves as the Community Engagement/Strategic Partnerships Director at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where responsibilities include enhancing hospital growth strategies through community engagement. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, Vickye has previously held the role of Communications Specialist, managing media relations for various healthcare initiatives and internal fundraising campaigns. Prior experience includes serving as Adjunct Teaching Faculty at The University of Memphis, teaching graduate-level journalism courses, and as the Director of Public Relations at JF Drake State Community and Technical College, where Vickye established foundational branding and communication strategies. Vickye holds a PhD in Community Engagement from Point Park University, an MA in Journalism from The University of Memphis, and a BA in English from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University.
