Bruce Qian

Bruce Qian, CFA, currently serves in the Merger and Acquisition department at UnitedHealth Group since June 2024. Prior experience includes positions as an Equity Research Analyst covering the technology sector at Kennedy Capital Management from April 2021 to May 2024, and as an Equity Research Analyst focused on the healthcare sector at Thrivent Asset Management from August 2016 to March 2021. Bruce also worked as a Technical Program Manager for RF Design at Nokia from July 2008 to July 2016, leading a team to design LTE wireless networks and develop new service business models. A brief tenure at Carlson Growth Fund in early 2016 involved equity research and portfolio management. Bruce holds an MBA in Management, Finance, and Investment from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Master of Engineering in Computer Software and Theory from East China University of Science and Technology.
